Sales Reps- If you have are comfortable talking with people, and asking for sales this may be for you. Our sales reps spend most of their day out working in their assigned areas generating new leads, working with current customers to earn referrals, and following up with leads. You are expected to generate your own leads, and cold contact in addition to working with any warm leads you can get from current customers and their friends. Our sales reps are some of the highest paid in the industry! We don’t put any caps on your earnings potential, and it isn’t uncommon for a talented sales rep to make eight to ten thousand dollars or more per month. Those that are less talented, but still highly motivated and hard-working can expect to make six to eight thousand per month. Sales reps also have the potential to earn bonuses to cover gas, phone, and rent expenses.
We do have very high standards, and most people don’t make the cut. Pay is broken up over multiple payment, and sales only count if they continue with the service for a minimum period of time. Most sales reps start in residential, and can move to commercial at the approval of management.
Technicians We are constantly growing and expanding. Due to this growth we add new routes, and have a need for new technicians. Technicians can expect to spend most of their days at clients homes – great customer service is a must! They also need to have the capacity to learn our processes and methods for controlling pest problems, and be able to remember and follow those instructions. Technicians work with various pesticides and concentrates and Safety is always our number one concern. Our pest control technicians can expect to make a steady paycheck, and earn frequent opportunities for overtime. Office Staff- Our office staff handle mostly scheduling, billing, answering phones – including inbound sales calls, customer service, collections, and retention. We pride ourselves on having an all around great team. We expect great performance, and are willing to compensate our office staff based on experience and productivity.
