Here at Scout Pest Control, our goal isn’t to just eliminate pests—we have designed our service to actually help prevent infestations in the first place! We seek to provide both a high level of control for unwanted pests, and to have a low impact on your business, employees and clients, and the environment. With this in mind, we use a wide range of products and methods and are constantly adapting to incorporate new strategies as they become available and prove successful. Many of our customers have found that on each of our regular treatments, our technicians do more to control pests than what their previous companies did all year! Because we are confident in the quality of our work, we place each of our customers under warranty. If you experience unwanted pests problems on covered pests between regular visits we will return for free to service again!
Sweep the Eaves
An important aspect to eliminating pests is to reduce their access to food, shelter, and water. Each time we service your business, we will sweep the eaves up to 15′ high to eliminate spider webs, egg sacs, and wasp and dirt dauber nests. Our customers love it because it helps keep their businesses looking clean and professional, and we love it because it helps us control pests and keep them from invading our customers’ property!
Unlike many other companies, we don’t simply spray and then leave; as part of our regular service, we will inject a dust back into wall voids through cracks, crevices, and weep holes. We dust into plumbing voids, around electrical components, and many otherwise inaccessible areas that pests love to hide and breed in. This eliminates major harbourage areas and prevents future infestation. Dusts have been found to be highly effective at controlling more difficult pests, like spiders. Dusts also last longer and are more readily picked up as pests cross through them.
Certain pests, like ants, roaches, and termites, are sensitive enough to detect and avoid traditional products. For this reason it is very difficult to control them using normal techniques and products. We have several non-repellent treatments that we use to control ant populations. Through the use of these baits, liquids, and dusts we are able to eliminate the queens and entire colony rather than just pushing them away to come back in the future.
We have many options to control pests, give us a call today to see what we can do for you!
